2nd Floor: Two bathrooms and all bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed, office space, double vanities, water closet and a walk in shower; bedroom 2 features a twin over full bunk bed and bedrooms 3 & 4 are equipped with queen size beds, all bedrooms have a TV and dressers.
Exterior: Fully enclosed, 3ft - 5.5ft deep pool beside a large covered patio featuring deep seated couches, pool safety fence for the little ones and pets, a outdoor dining area seating 6 and a BBQ grill. Outside of the lanai is a mulched area with a modest fenced yard for your kids or pets to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-five percent (45.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
